Also, learn how to thoughtfully cool down after your game. Through learning Myofascial Release Massage and static stretches, your body will get stronger and more flexible.

Cross Training For Athletes

This group class is for athletes involved in sports like pickleball, basketball, golf, soccer, volleyball, and more, to enhance their performance. By developing a stronger and more flexible core, along with improved feet, mid-back, and neck, you can achieve a balanced body and elevate your game. You will see noticeable results and feel an enhancement in your performance while remaining injury-free to enjoy the game you love.

Myofascial Release Massage

Do your knees, lower back, neck, shoulders, or feet ache? Who has the time and money to book a massage? Trigger points in your muscles can cause pain; learn Myofascial Release and understand how to massage out your muscles. This will leave your muscles feeling young, elastic, and resilient.

This group class is offered for 30 minutes, providing a communal experience that will be fun and educational.
