Pickleball Cross Conditioning
Our certified trainers will evaluate what your body needs to keep you injury-free and improve your game. Through our process, you will learn which muscles need strengthening and lengthening and understand the best ways to keep your body in top shape for pickleball and your well-being. Through a quality, but fun, this is a cross conditioning session that will utilize pilates equipment such as Cadillac, Reformer, Spine Corrector, Pilates Chair, and other equipment.
