Pickleball Cross Conditioning

Our certified trainers will evaluate what your body needs to keep you injury-free and improve your game. Through our process, you will learn which muscles need strengthening and lengthening and understand the best ways to keep your body in top shape for pickleball and your well-being. Through a quality, but fun, this is a cross conditioning session that will utilize pilates equipment such as Cadillac, Reformer, Spine Corrector, Pilates Chair, and other equipment.

Pilates

These sessions will build core strength and increase flexibility for your spine, and overall, train your body to a neutral position. From your feet to your head, your muscles will be strengthened and lengthened, and you'll be left feeling balanced. Many benefits of Pilates are an increase in height, better posture, overall neutral body alignment, increased energy levels, and a better connection of mind to body. All athletes will see visible and mental improvements to their performance and prevent injury to keep them playing the game they love.
