Pilates/Athletic Training for 2 - 50 min

Come together for a two-person session.


Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Spine Corrector

This class will build core strength and increase flexibility for your spine, and overall, train your body to a neutral position. From your feet to your head, your muscles will be strengthened and lengthened, and you'll be left feeling balanced. Many benefits of Pilates are an increase in height, better posture, overall neutral body alignment, increased energy levels, and a better connection of mind to body. All athletes will see visible and mental improvements to their performance and prevent injury to keep them playing the game they love.
